Balling 4 Boobs was one of the best event I hosted this year. The people involved did a wonderful job. The line up was amazing. The R&B group Bliss was set to sing the National Anthem. I was honored to be the official  Pink Carpet Pep Rally host. Now you guys know me.. I interviewed everyone involved from athletes, performers, sponsors and vendors.

First interview was a group of R & B sensations. Singers RL, Q Parker of the group 112 and Wingo of Jagged Edge. These guys are hilarious. Especially after I said RL name was Teddy Riley. They came out to support a great cause and it was dear to their heart. Q has family who suffered from Breast Cancer. So it was great to see the guys come out. Stay tuned  to these men they are starting a group. 2015 get ready.

Amongst other interviews were Jerrika Karlae Swim Wear Designer and girlfriend of Young Thug. This interview was funny. I got her to spill the beans in front of all the camera. She was proud of her new found relationship. I also got a chance to interview Shawty Lo, Bobby Valentino
Case, King Rivers, Veronica V, Hot Sauce, Final Draft, Creme De La Creme, Wingo,
Coffee with Monica, King Roscoe, Havok Jones, Super Bowl Champ Eric Matthews, Court Kingz, Karlie Redd, Reec, Kecia J plus more. It was fun,crazy and long. But I will do it for days for a cause like Breast Cancer. I love to support events that bring together people. Plus it shed light on something that is serious in our community.


Lets get to the juice you guys want to know who won the game right??? R Kelly Team or 2 Chainz?..Man we was in Atlanta so you would think the "A" WOULD REGULATE..Man R.Kelly and Chicago came in and put in work! Kelly was shooting from all over. He was pulling up from just about half court. He has an akward form
but they were dropping. 2 Chainz had the popular vote. He just couldn't lead his pack to a win. All in all it was a great game. To see the crowd that came out to support was the highlight. Stay tuned for the videos coming.

WHERE DO I START FROM?..Lets start with the King is here! I got the pleasure to meet with Wooh Da Kid on Be100 Radio for a live interview. Before the interview I only heard the intro and the single "Dope Head" in club Taboo2 in Atlanta. When the record came on you seen the lights zoomed in on a crowed V.I.P section. It was packed with the entire Brick Squad Monopoly Team. You seen Wooh Da Kid, Waka Flocka, South Side, Fuse 808, Quam Bsm plus more. It was an epic night. Everyone was chanting the lyrics. After that I knew it was time. We locked in and set the date to review his new tape "From A Kid To King".

Coming off a 1yr hiatus from the mixtape circuit. You can say Wooh Da Kid was shooting in the gym. He made some dope guest appearances. The last mixtape was "Full Metal Jacket". Now he has cooked up a new batch of bangers for the streets. From a Kid To A King is a solid project. This was highly anticipated. When you listen to this tape just vision real music. The single "Dope Head" produced by Fuse 808 Mafia. It has an infectious sound and a killer hook. The most important thing is the words. I respect bars!! Wooh Da Kid draws vivid pictures with his lyrics. Not to many rappers are really making real music lately. Artist are getting away with simple hooks, Autotune and 1 hit wonder gimicks. Wooh has strayed away from this area. Sticking to street music is his lane with the lyrics to prove it. He held his own on this project with little to no features. His big bro Waka Flocka did not make an appearance on the project. Fire tracks that popped out were Wooh Talk, Still, Jealous Of You, Built For It feat Tre Pounds of Fetti Gang Bsm. The most important track to me was "Revelations". If you know about Wooh Da Kid life you know that he lost his little brother Kayo Redd to suicide. So the hook was similar to a Basquiat painting. Wooh told me it was really hard to get through this record. After all the pain he has been through now the king is back. There is a place for him too get in. The raspy voice and the word play. Even to the way he adds his adlibs....Adeosss, and the grawl....urrrrrrrrr. This sound will seperate him from all. The growth is seen and now heard. From A Kid To A KING!!

This tape is about to set the game straight. Look forward to more of the King coming!! SQUAD!!

Gipp is Back..Boxed Up Shawty

Back by more than popular demand. You know him for being apart of music history. Rated a legened when it comes to music in Atlanta. Huge piece to the beginning of the Dungeon Family. These guys released classics. Created a style the people called weird. But what was weird is now being accepted by mainstream america.  Thier look didnt dictate thier music. If you were caught looking at the clothes you might have missed the marks the Family put on the game. Did you hear the heat they were releasing? Records like Even in Darkeness, Still Standing, One Monkey Don't Stop No Show, Kin Folk to World Party. This team had hits on top of hits. Starting at such a young age in the game Gipp got a chance to see the levels to success. Put it like this they were bringing in the racks and plaques. He also witness seeing what it meant to be on a team that would go through the ups and downs. As you can see this guy kept it moving after 2003 with his first solo project entitled "Mutant Mindframe" which soared to Billboards top Hip Hop Albums. So he never skipped a beat. Now Gipp is ready to bring the Cadillacs out!

Now with a new album deal with Epic Records Gipp is ready to torch the streets and mainstream at the same damn time!! He got some dope producers on deck and features. So since I got the exclusive to sit with him twice.. I finally got a chance to review and break the record on radio at Be100radio. I was thinking since he had some huge records in the past I was expecting something dope. I cranked the record "Boxed Up Shawty" So the base is thumping in the ear phones..He is going all the way in!! The hook is dope and you will sing it over and over. Club record with a tight flow. So world I can only imagine what he got up his sleeve coming in the future. He will be dropping a free mixtape on Thanksgiving to all his fans for the support. Stand up guy. Plus never in his life has he released free music. You heard it here first! I cant tell you guys everything. Just know that your boy got the low down on whats next. Everything people say is not what I got from meeting Erica. We asked everything that you could possibly ask..even why was she wearing jeans in a tub in her video. We talked about the past relationship and the new engagement with Bow Wow. She said she prank called Bow Wow and told him she crashed the Bentley...Bow Wow only concern was that she was okay. So you can tell he really cares about  her. Stand up guys ride in my book. So he get a A+ for your boy. Now Erica is moving with her clothing line HER. Which is super dope. Dj Premier New Heat,History On The Way

It has to be a great day in hip hop..I was doing my homework and came across this fire!! Dj Premier has linked with some elite artist in the game. You got to listen to the bars spilled on top of these ill beats produced by Dj Premier. I was amazed when I heard Premier take a shot at rapping. This is real Hip Hop. I was locked in when I heard Royce da 5'9'' on the track "Courtesy". He went in so hard..the bars were so vivid. They even had a Jay-Z sample on it. I got a good feel on this project. I respect the grind of Dj Premier cause he made a place for hard workers to enter and be great. He created some of the best music we have ever heard. He helped artist such as Gang, Starr, Jay-Z, Alica Keys, Mobb Deep, Jermaine Dupri, M.O.P, Joey Badass, Lox, Black Eye Peas, Maroon 5, Christina Aguilera just to name a few. Love Beyond Walls Premiere

 Several years ago, Terence and Cecilia gathered tons of worn clothing, used shoes, stuffed them into two black trash bags, and headed toward the heart of downtown Atlanta.

They didn’t know where they were going, they only knew they wanted to find a few people living on the streets, love on them, and give away the few items they were not using anymore.

On Auburn Ave, Terence and Cecilia encountered a homeless woman. “Do you know anyone who needs clothes or shoes?” Cecelia asked. The lady immediately responded, “Of course, I need some right now!” When this warm-hearted lady rummaged through the two bags, she came across a pair of black shoes, and started jumping up and down with excitement. “I just prayed for a pair of shoes last night, and God answered.”

Terence and Cecelia looked at each other, and in that moment—the concept of “Love Beyond Walls” was born. On the ride home, they discussed the possibilities of mobilizing people to join them in moving past the walls that divide people, and take love to people in creative ways. That day, they both became compassionate about work in the trenches, and the desire to love people where they were.

Over many years, Terence and Cecilia have led a couple hundred creative service projects, worked among the homeless, in schools, in communities, and have mobilized over 700 volunteers to take love into environments where it doesn’t exist—partnering with churches, businesses, and individuals.

They both have a deep passion for doing work in the trenches, and are moved to see people restored. In 2013, they were directed to go an untraditional route in their work by starting an organization that primarily focuses on raising awareness of societal needs and mobilizing people to take part in those stories. Thus, Love Beyond Walls has become a reality.

Love Beyond Walls is a 501(c)(3) organization recognized by the federal government.

Terence Lester held a great event. The setting was amazing. The food to the auctioned pieces which filled the room was phenomenal . I had the chance to see how much I'm blessed . Watching this documentary was an eye opener. Guys you have to see it . Atlanta is going through a homeless epidemic.  Terence took on daring campaigns to shed light on  situations that  people of the world face. From being homeless to even wearing one outfit for 60 days. Just to see how a child felt having one outfit for a school term. When I seen him walk 30 miles non stop for a great cause. It showed that he is determined to change a life one day at a time. Love Beyond Walls has built a strong organization. Just by meeting the entire team at this event. It showed family, love and care. I recommend you guys go to their site and watch this documentary. It will change your overall view on the world. This screening made me want to help out as much as I can. So make sure you guys go to their site and witness the new world of help. You will want to see the next thing Terence will do....

FRESH OUT THE BOX MEDIA DAY FOR A3C MIDWEST SHOWCASE

As you can see the Midwest has made their way to Atlanta for A3C week. I willbe a media partner in this event. Blogging and participating in this event also. A3C I AM HIP HOP MAG PANEL COVERAGE

Let me start by saying this event was dope!! Isis Wisdom owner of www.iamhiphopmag.com had an amazing event. This was a great way to start off A3C week. The panel was dope you had Debra Antney, Johnnie Capbbell, B Rich, Court Digga, Teddy T,Nick Love just to name a few. The insight they gave to those attending was on point. The panel kept it 100% they didn't sugar coat anything. You have over 60 years or more of experience in the entertainment business in one room. Debra Antney hit on some valid points on management. B Rich who works with B.O.B and Kevin Gates told some things that you just don't get for free. He said one thing that will stick with me for life. "I don't want to be famous I want to be successful". Court Digga was telling about the difference of servicing records back in the days until now. People we have it easy. So please learn the history of the game. You even had guest like Shakka Zulu of Def Jam come by. The talent lined up for performances ranged from Shawty Lo, Young Scooter, Gloss Da Boss, Camillion, Tavoria, DC and some independent artist who put on a show. Including Suga Shane who preformed his hit single "Bells" in which he had a live band doing their thing!. After 2 minutes of performing Suga Shane was at least 12feet in the air on top of the clubs speakers wit the crowd in an uproar.
